hello
i have this little box i want to play with very much
but i have no instructions and the legend is no help to me.
http://photos-f.ak.fbcdn.net/hphotos-ak-snc1/hs170.snc1/6384_1182178725826_1568948530_30478997_168080_n.jpg
it has five wires that the legend said are
speaker, tone control, volume control, positive, negative.

i'm guessing that this box is only meant to be a component in a larger circuit, but i have no idea how to make it work. inside there is a tiny circuit board, attached to the component that is showing through the top.
i have basic electronic knowledge, but i don't understand how to get this bit working so there you go.
any help?

I am not exactly sure what that is but it looks to be a mono amp. I am not sure what the operating voltage is though. Or the configuration of the pots needed for the volume control etc.

You are right in thinking that it came from something larger. I would guess some type of PA system.
