Super bluetooth hack

You can find on the net a cell phone software called Super Bluetooth Hack.
Using this software( freeware by the way ) one can hack into another BT enabeled cellfone to start the media player, to call a phone from the adress, to make that phone ring another mobile phone or to set alarms...etc...Many things can be done but(I hate there's always a BUT) to be a legal software you need permission to enter into the other cellphone.
I wondered if one could by-pass the permission asking and pass directly to hacking the cellphone.
Need help.
