I'm posting my last hack to a Acer Laptop.

This project as begun because my laptop "Acer TravelMate 4002LMi" have a problem, the CPU fun only work on critical temperatures ( 66º Normal velocity, and 73º Full speed), but this is normal on this laptop, but not for me because the hot produced burn my legs and "my friends", and i solve the problem.

It's dificult to say, because the batery isn't 100% but i only lose +/- 10% of life.

not in laptop because i don't want confuse the system fan control, imagine you set a low speed and the laptop need more and the software can't increase it because "SpeedFan" Confused

my system is like a ghost for the laptop, if the motherboard increase the fan speed the fan will rotate more. Smile
