I have posted a tutorial for making PCBs at home. Laser print your image onto cheap magazine paper. Put a hotplate on the stove and heat to 175 C. Bond the image to the copper clad board by placing them print side down onto the hotplate between two sheets of paper and applying pressure with a rolling pin for a few minutes. For double sided boards, flip every 30 seconds or so.
