has anyone gt an idea, how to remove smd led frm nokia phones easily i gt hot air gun and soldering iron (aoyue 909) but hot air burns the led and the plastic sheet on the pcb, just only gt it it been a week. well i got an idea why not somehow attach tweezers on to sodldering iron and jus pik off da smd led as heat is tranfered frm soldering iron to the tweezers,

any one gt an idea how to remove really tiny smd led on nokia fones, by doing some soldering iron mod or tweezer mod. i would use hot air but that burns the plastic keypad sheeting on the fone pcb (nokia 6230i keypad membrane).

I would try a soldering iron with a tiny tip and a solder sucker or some solder wick.

You can buy dual tip soldering irons esentially soldering iron tweezers, found some at

http://webtronics.stores.yahoo.net/smdhottwc.html
These are the cheapest i could find probally by no means the best

You might be able to convert and add a connector for your station or buy a set for your station,
